Had a very positive experience here shopping for a bed for my 82-year-old cousin, accompanied by my 89-year-old mother. Sherri was patient, informative, and extremely helpful. She walked my cousin through the whole process, encouraging her to try different beds, features, pillows until she was the most comfortable. My cousin has had numerous surgeries and medical issues, for which Sherri helped her find accommodation. At no time did she feel pressured or rushed. My cousin left feeling very pleased with her purchases, and told me what to write in this review (she's not a computer user).
We purchase our sleep mattresses about 15 years ago, I had a damaged parts inside the form! After six months of letting them know I had damage with the bed on one called me or email me about these problems .
I don't know what all of these bad reviews are talking about. I went in to purchase a mattress and ended up purchasing an I-9 ( I think). The staff was so helpful, particularly Sherry and Floyd. The only issue we had was the amount of time it took for the bed to be delivered, but that seemed to be due to the company in general, and not at all with the staff or this particular location. The bed feels great! Sherry helped me find a good sleep number to sleep on, and told me about the specials if we purchased three+ items, all of which she did with great customer service skills and a smile. The person who left a review about the $1200 is full of it btw, because they have a great return policy and the customer service seems to be very helpful. (I would never return this bed, but I did want to know the information just in case). Would recommend at least visiting the store if you're interested. Ask for Sherry!
So, I when into the store to let them no one had contacted me yet. Good products call for good customer service. If I had to do it again, I would not purchase a set of mattresses from the sleep store. One thing is that on one response to your problem & the mattresses cost a lot of money.
The staff was great and walked us through their process of finding a Sleep Number...we didn't end up buying a mattress from them because we found it a bit overpriced and gimmicky but otherwise the store was good.
Absolutely the WORST customer service on the planet!! Worse than the IRS, worse than Verizon. Better hope you never need a single thing EVER from Sleep Number customer service. Your fully charged cell phone will be dead before they answer.
