This place sucks, t.v. cuts out all the time and only has like 5 channels more news than anything. Sink doesn't drain, Toilet takes like 10 times to flush,bed is hard as a rock.water pressure in the shower is very light. I travel a lot for work and I've been here for about 4 months and this is by far the worst place I stayed in good thing my company pays the bill. And The managers here have no respect and will yell and try to be little you by telling you if your company is paying that i the person liveing here for the time being don't have any say. I WILL NOT Recommend any body to stay here. And a lot of drugies hang around. And my truck was broken into. So my truck was broken into twice I wouldn't Recommend this place to any body thank God my company's floating the bill. Didnt want to give a star but had to to post.We also Notice that there is a lot of drug addicts all round this place shooting up behind the dumpsters its dirty here.
I am not sure if this location is comparable to other Extended Stay America locations, but I do not intend to find out. Nothing about this place was bad enough to give it one star. No bugs, AC worked, water was clean. But, comparing to very similarly priced hotels in the area there is no reason for this hotel to be in the condition it is in.
The one redeeming quality is its location. It is very close to a Wegmans, which has the best prices and selection for grocery shopping in the area. And it is very close to some rather good places to eat, although if you are trying to save money by staying here, going out to eat may not be possible.
The staff was extremely nice an helpful. The rooms are decent, but dated. It was a decent place to rest my head, and I have no complaints.
Also, the outdoor pool no longer exists!
This may seem like a good deal, but I assure you it is not! Pay the extra few dollars and stay somewhere better.
Stayed here for 30 days during an opening for a new restaurant and it could of been a lot better,I guess the place is old it definetly needs updating put the staff was very nice and pleasant.may need to go back to the area of Columbia but not sure where ill stay
Everything is brown and looks like it has had the same color scheme for the last 30 years. The Kitchenette has the oldest or lowest cost appliances possible and the dishes, pans, utensils they provide, only upon request (Guess they didn't buy enough for all the rooms :( ) are very low quality.
Absolutely appalling customer service at the front desk. Rude from top to bottom, and refused to give a single pillow for the pull out bed. Sleeping tonight with rolled up t-shirts and the utmost desire to never stay with Extended Stay again. Move on, traveller- this spot is not for you.
