I recently had to exchange my lawn tractor battery and have done a lot of business with Batteries Plus Bulbs in the past not only for my company, but also my personal needs. Professional - quick- the place to go to replace I phone battery - iPhone 6 works perfect now - insurance didn’t cover battery - and I don’t need to upgrade phone ! A win-win!
I just returned from trying to purchase some batteries, The clerk was the rudest I have ever encountered. He had just finished a sale on one register when I placed my purchase on the counter. He asked if that was all I needed and I replied yes. I put a 20 dollar on the counter and he then proceeded to go to another register and started counting all the change. After several minutes of this he then opened a cash bag. I asked if he could please ring up my order. He said "I'm trying to help you out". I have no idea what that that was supposed to mean. He then proceeded to say the other register was locked. This is the register he just used. I remarked I didn't understand. He then said "you can leave and go some where else." I Replied that was really poor customer service. He then said "Goodbye have a nice day". I can tell you I have never been treated so rudely by a sales person ever. I will never use this store again and will pass the word to others.
