For people who want to purchase IPHONE X and IPHONE8, they tell you over the phone that they have the new phones in stock. But when you go there, they tell you it just got sold out. According to Att, they never got any shipments in during this first week so don’t believe them when they say they have it in stock. They just want you to come and order it from them. Either go to the Apple store or the regular ATT store upstairs (outside near Zoe kitchen).
This store can get busy but they do have the option for appointments.
Don't go here. I've been to this location before and didn't have any problems but going there recently I see why this location has gathered a lot of bad reviews from other sites. The workers really don't care to help you when you're having technical issues. All they will tell you to do is the best option for them to gain money. I had a guy who's name I sadly cannot remember. But it seemed as if all he wanted was for me to hurry out of there so he could clock out. If you don't want to help someone direct them to someone who does and get a new job. The workers here now are not there to help. Go to the other locations in columbia you'll have a better chance of better service than here.
This is a cooperate store and you they are always up to date on the latest and greatest. It's always fun to come to At&T and try out the newest devices.
