I'm another long time AT&T customer. Walked in as the store opened this morning to start a new plan a get an iPhone. The "hostess" took my name and told me to browse. I sat down to wait for an associate. Several sales associates sat across the store and played on their tablets. After 10 minutes I walked out. I was the only customer in the store and was invisible. Amazing to me. Morons!

This store does fraud. I purchased sonos play5 here and went home and saw a used old model inside the box. What was in the box is different than outside. Please try to avoid purchasing anything from this store. I am not purchasing anything for sure. Make sure to open everything and check in the store. I would give negative rating if there is an option.
I do not recommend this store if you are having a problem with your service. The staff is very unsympathetic and condescending, as if any problem is your fault. The issue seems to come from top management down where a culture of staff superiority over the customers is prevalent. As an example, I went in to report a problem with my account and was told that my wife is the only authorized person on the account. So they would not even discuss the issue with me. I went home to bring my wife back (30 miles roundtrip) and then found out that my authorization could have been handled over the phone. Information that was not volunteered by the staff. They showed no concern over my inconvenience. NO STARS for this store!!!!
Same as everyone so far. It's incredible to actually experience the incompetence of the at&t staff in real time as i read the reviews that express such similar sentiments
