We sat down in the bar area. We waited for several minutes and nobody greeted us. One of the waiters who was off duty took our drink order. There were 4 staff in the bar area, all more concerned with cleaning up then servicing the customers. The food came out cold. We asked for water twice (no apology). My wife got up and had to ask for the water. We asked for another beer, which was never ordered (we canceled it). They were more concerned about cashing out tickets then filling the requests. This is not the first time that we have had poor service here but this was the poorest. Should be 0 Stars.
How is this place still in business? I used to go to this location because it was very close to home.
Great location with excellent pricing and food selections. I also suggest that you join the Give Me More Stripes membership. Their are great specials offered.

I go to pickup my food and I try to pull up my rewards info but Fridays system was down and the error code that came up was for me to ask my server for assistance. I ask for a manager, a young man named Rob walks up and says hey your looking for me!! I asked if he was the manager and he said yes, I told him my issue and told me that if the app was down to try the TGIF website! I did so and the website was having issues too, I showed Rob the error code that was coming up, his response was what do you want me to do?? I can't do anything without the code, call our 800 number for Fridays!!! By now the host, Owen the server and another young lady are whispering back and forth as I'm trying to get this situation resolved!! I called the 800 number only to find out that there wasn't a live agent to speak to and that the recording was directing me to the website that wasn't working, I put my phone on speaker so Rob could hear it!!! Rob showed no sign of empathy to my situation or even wanting to lend me further assistance, plus the three employees are voting on who is going to get the food because I wasn't getting it. I told Rob that he wasn't very helpful and that I was calling corporate, that's when his demeanor changed slightly but he still didn't offer much help!!!! I visit the TGIF in other locations all of the time and spend quite a bit of money there but after tonight's ordeal with the unprofessional management and employees I will never ever visit another TGIF again. I wish that I could give this location zero stars because you don't even deserve one star after treating a loyal guest the way you did tonight!!!
Food ok. Drinks were great...not watered down. Service was borderline bad...no spoon brought with soup, no refills on drinks, forgot sauce on burger, etc. Had to go looking for server or help from bar staff but was resolved after chasing someone down.
Every time we went, it was quiet and deserted - however we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. The service is slow and sometimes the food is undercooked. We ordered mozzarella sticks and they were partially frozen when we got them.
Roach ran across the table right after we finished our meal. Smooshed it and brought to the attention of a waitress. She left with it to show the manager and returned shortly after saying the manager stated it was a gnat. :/ Definitely was a small roach that ran on legs across the whole length of the table.
Do yourself a favor and make the drive too. Skip this location and I hope someone from this establishment reads these reviews and changes the way things are done there.

Now I drive two zip codes over to Hanover to that TGI Fridays since the service is much better.
The management and employees are very unprofessional at this location!!! I ordered food and was using my members rewards points before they expired, the lady that answered the phone placed me on hold for five minutes to go and get a server to take my order instead of taking it!!! Owen takes my order and tells me about 20 minutes before it's ready.
