Every time I go to this Chipotle there are large gaps in between my visits because I always hope my experience will be better than the one previous to it. So far I've struck out each time. I always find that even if the employees are different than the last time I was there, the service is always consistently terrible. Each time I visit I'm always greeted by the unsmiling disgruntled employees that work there. Even if I go out of my way to be pleasant I find that my attitude is NEVER reciprocated. I know I'm not visiting a five star restaurant and don't get me wrong, I love Chipotle's food, but is it so bad to want to be served by a friendly face that actually enjoys their job? I'm sure every customer that complains about service says they're in some sort of customer service, but I am. As a customer and a person who values great customer service I have to say I am severely disappointed in the general lack of it in this location. I like the food, but the service here never gets better and that is the sole reason I won't continue to be a patron at this location.

It's a Chipotle smack dab in the middle of a food court of a declining suburban mall. Workers here are what you'd expect - bad, very bad, at pretty much everything but especially service. A collection of snot-nosed teens working their first jobs are making your meals here.

I have been working in the Columbia area for over 4 years now and have been eating lunch at this Chipotle since then. The quality of service and food has decreased over the years and most notably within the last few months. Maybe I am going at odd hours, but the last few times I went there I received meat that was cold (all the way through inside) and stale. Hopefully the quality will improve soon as I really do enjoy Chipotle and would like to have this as a regular lunch spot once again.
I have not yet been at this location without encountering some sort of issue. There are 1 or 2 employees here that seem to defy logic in terms of incompetence, including, but not limited to: shuffling around people's orders before they reach checkout, forgetting specific ingredients even after being reminded up to 5 times, wrapping burritos into a "sack", and drowning a burrito in sauce.
