BEWARE!!! THEY SELL USED PRODUCTS!!!
Wow!!! What a 1st class experience. I recently stopped into this store to see if I could find a bracelet I was looking for my girlfiend. Although I didn't know exactly what I was looking for Chante and Kristen were the most helpful people I have ever encountered in a real long time. With their help I presented my girlfriend with a beautiful neckless that everyone is aweing over. I can not be more thankful to Chante and Kristen for making me look like a complete rockstar boyfriend. I highly suggest Helzberg Diamonds since this is my fifth purchase from there and everytime i leave knowing i made a great purchase whether it is for myself or someone else.
Last week I purchased a Movado Tungsten watch from Helzberg diamonds for my husband as a wedding gift. This is the watch my husband wanted to have for a long time so, I thought I could surprise him. I looked around in few other stores, compared prices and thought this particular stores has a pretty good deal. Mr. Sunny-so called the store manager told me that the watch cost 2995 dollars but with a special deal and 10% military discount I can get it for 2428 dollars. I thought this would be a pretty nice deal since this watch cost over 3000 dollars in other stores. So, I was thrilled to purchased this watch since I knew I was going to surprise my husband with a great gift that he wanted for so long. The next day when I looked at this watch at daylight I couldn’t believe my eyes!!! I realized that the watch was completely torn!!! This watch was worn by someone else for a long time (because this is not the first movado timepiece we own and we know these watches are pretty durable), had scratches all over the behind the dial, the part that touches your skin, also few deep cut marks along the side of the dial. When I returned this watch Mr. Sunny-store manager’s response was ”Oh, that scratches are from the little plastic thing that they use to display the watch!” Really??? A movado tungsten- scratch resistant- watch got torned by some plastic thing??? When I asked him this question he clearly had no explanation. Also, the box itself was falling apart. I feel like I got fooled by Mr. Sunny (Sun K) and Katelyn J, one of the sales associates. I don’t believe they sold this product without knowing that this was used. So, IF ANYONE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!!! I do not want anyone else to get fooled. Even though they have 30 days return policy, initially I was going to give this to my husband in February when we are going to have the wedding ceremony, which would pass the 30 days and then I would be totally screwed. So, I couldn’t resist to tell my husband about this. At this point no longer a surprise for my husband but atleast he will be getting a brand new Movado which I bought from another store for 2539 dollars!!!

I specifically put a different mailing address than my home address for the bills, confirmed more than once that they wouldnt be coming to my house. Bill showed up today and ruined the surprise proposal.
I was very happy with my experience here. Our first time looking at engagement rings I did not like any of the styles they had available and she did not have anything else to offer, but two years later my preference for ring style has become popular and they now have a great selection of halo style cathedral rings. She showed us different rings under a microscope so we could see the quality, and she explained the different diamond cuts and provided drawings of the facets. My ring ended up being a surprised but it was very beautiful! I really, really love their special cut called the "radiant Star" I have compared this to many other styles of circle cuts and there are none that sparkle with the brilliance of the radiant star. I purchased my husbands band from the same lady and was happy with that too. Additionally, I had my antique band rodium plated by them and they did a good job, it went from yellow gold to white gold and lasted over three months. I have also had my rings cleaned, tightened and polished here and they always come back looking new. I plan on getting an engraving from them soon too.
