My daughter is a third generation lover of Edward Arthur. She always insists on a visit when we are at the mall. I'm not sure if her favorite part is the lollipop or watching the jeweler work his magic in the workshop behind the window. Today he took the time to come out and explain what he was doing. Care and service like that is why we will always be customers. It is a family run business that treats us all like part of the family. All of the beautiful jewelry, including custom made pieces, are icing on the cake.

Went in to sell a 14k gold necklaces. Was told they offer market value. The current market value is about $24 per gram. They offered me $12 per gram. Thanks, but no thanks.

I have been shopping at Edward Arthur's since 1979; I have always been impressed with the customer service and all the purchases my husband and I made there. I have also used the design studio which I would highly recommend, Kyle took the time to design exactly what I wanted. Recently I asked if they could fix a piece of Brighton jewelry which Brighton said they were unable to repair. Edward Arthur's repaired the piece and it looks beautiful!
