Went in for a watch battery and to have a necklace chain untangled. Price was great, service was perfect and fast. Exactly what I was hoping for.
Brought Swiss Army watch to have battery replaced. Took only 10 minutes and charged a reasonable $15 . They were very pleasant and welcoming. Would go back again
I took my watch(Raymond Weil) to have a battery replaced. I didn't think to ask how much it would cost, because I assumed that it would be around $10-$15 maximum. My previous watch repairman retired and he charged $8. I was asked to return after 20 mins, even though no one else was in line and the repairman wasn't working on anything. When I picked up my watch the woman told me it was $26.45 and I asked if they had to do anything else other than replace the battery. She said no. She then gave me a 'frequent' user card! As if I would ever return! I should have suspected something when she commented on how nice my watch was. Do NOT go to C J Watch and Jewelry!!
Short and sweet...My husband had his watch fixed here and we paid 25 dollars. A little high but we were in a hurry to have it fixed. Well, 2 weeks later....it broke exactly where they fixed it. We went back tonight and we were advised that she woud put a new pin in for 15 bucks. When we told her we just paid...she told us THEY DON'T GUARANTEE THEIR WORK BUT WE COULD PAY HER TO FIX WHAT WE JUST PAID FOR. Well clearly, we left there. I don't know anyone in their right mind that woud continue to pay for crappy work that they will not stand behind. BEWARE!!! TOTAL RIPOFFS!!!!!
