NO PROFESSIONALISM! BAD ADVERTISING IN GROUPON! WILL NOT RETURN!
Bad customer service..never going there again.. They will take for ever to acknowledge you are waiting for them... she was on the phone with a friend and I was just waiting and waiting ..
I always go here to get my eyebrows threaded. They can be a little busy on the weekends and you could end up waiting a little while but, they typically do a great job making sure these brows are well shaped with taking too much off.
They make sure to do what you ask them to do! My eyebrows always look amazing after I leave.

As a surprise for one of my best friends, we decided to have Sunday brunch and get some henna tattoos. We did not schedule a reservation, but knew the spa would be open after 1pm. We signed in around 2:38 in the afternoon and kindly waited in the waiting area. With some time on our hands, we decided to capture a few ideas for what we wanted our henna tattoos to look like. As time progressed, we realized that other patrons were coming in for other services, like eye brow threading, and only 1 person was working, the owner. Periodically, the owner would ask, what we wanted and proceed to complete the customers, who came in after us, and who did not have a reservation. Within the first 45 minutes of our wait, we had confirmed what type of henna tattoos we wanted and where, noticed a tarantula-sized spider by the feet of another customer in the wait area and patiently waited while almost 4 other people had come and gone in the spa. Around 3:30 pm another customer came in with reservations, and after she was done, the birthday girl was welcomed in the chair to complete her first henna tattoo. The process only took about 10-15 minutes and it came out beautifully. One down, two more to go. In-between the henna tattoo were eye brow threading, which caused us to be completely finished around 4:30pm. When she told us the amount, we kindly mentioned we had purchased a Groupon. She began to explain that we should have told her about the Groupon before the services were completed and that the Groupon ONLY included the picture shown. *NOTE* That is not mentioned in the Groupon, nor was it discussed, until you mention you have purchased a Groupon for the henna tattoos. Knowing that we had already purchased the Groupon, I can understand that this should have been explained at our arrival. So, a question was asked to see if that amount we paid can be used towards this purchase, and the answer was "NO!" She began to state that as a business owner she cannot accept the Groupon and that we have to pay the full amount for what we requested. To put it plain and simple, she wants the money for the services and will not give ANY discounts for what you spent already…case closed. No further discussion was needed and we ladies made mention we will not be coming back to use the Groupon we had already bought. On a lighter note, one of our Groupon's were used for another patron who was celebrating her birthday. And yes, the business owner wanted to see that we clicked the redeem button to ensure the Groupon cannot be used for another occasion, even though we had left the establishment and was headed home. Please do not be fooled by the "cheap" price of the henna tattoo price and proceed with caution, if you still decided to test your luck at this business.
