The owner did not come to apologize or explain what happened; everyone just continued working on their clients and I walked out, having driven 20 mins to come for my appointment. There was never a follow up from anyone in the salon to explain what happened.
This place is a scam. They lie about the price on the phone then waste my much break NEVER again and I Will tell everyone I know not to come here
customer service is terrible. I went to get my hair straightened for prom, and the way she straightened my hair was very unprofessional. It was my senior prom and I was really upset.
I had an appointment for 1:00 pm on a Sunday for a blowout. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the stylist was not there and I would have to wait 40 minutes if I wanted my service. I had received an email confirmation for my appointment, so I asked why no one from the salon called to let me know that my appointment would be 40 mins late. She did not have an answer.
I went for a shampoo, set and style on my natural hair yesterday. When I arrived there no one was at the front to greet me. I stood at the entrance for a few minutes until someone finally came out the back. I asked the lady who was shampooing me to detangle my hair from the ends and work her way up, she didn't which felt like she was ripping my hair out. When it came time for her to straighten my hair, another customer came in that she obviously knew well, she stopped my hair and she, the customer, another salon worker crowded around behind me to watch a video on the customers phone for a few minutes then caught an attitude when I turned around to see what the hold up was. She answered her phone not once, not twice but 3 times and held full blown conversations while I was in her chair. My hair turned out great, despite my head being sore from the rough detangling, but the customer service is needs a LOT of improvement.

This is a low-end salon and they treat you like a low end customer. They are extremely unprofessional and I will not be visiting them again nor will I recommend them to any of my friends.
