The salon stylists are friendly, fun and understanding. But I don't like how they present their business through front desk. Every-time I have gone there or called them to book appointment or just for a question the front desk is been so not friendly. Even during check-outs and payment time the girls at the front desk are always in their own world chatting or ignorant or just too busy using their cell phones. It feels very rude especially when you are making a payment and adding a generous amount of tip there.

Billie did my hair and it turned out wonderful. I went from hair down my back to a little below the ear and he somehow made all my curls not turn into a giant frizz ball. I'd definitely recommend This place over any other salon I've been to in the area.

The stylists are good but somehow they do not do 100% blow dry...my neckline bottom part was still all wavy and undone. some of ear side/side bun & front hairline area was also not done close to root side. I won't be coming back.

Went in for a color corrective service, got told by the older male stylist to 'calm down' when I asked what he planned to do with my hair. Yeah, avoid this place if you can. BTW the dye washed soon afterwards. Go somewhere else.

I booked a 10am appointment and showed up right on time. I even skipped stopping for coffee because it's rude to show up late to an appointment. I waited 25 minutes for the stylist to show up, then was abandoned in the shampooing station for another 20 while my stylist took another client (with no communication to me...she just abandoned me with wet hair and started flat ironing some lady who walked in after me.) After paying for the shampoo (because the lady washing hair was fantastic), I left without a cut and complained to the front desk staff, who seemed polite but generally not in control of anything. In NO universe was I going to pay 50 dollars for a haircut I had to wait an hour for and wasn't the only customer my stylist was serving. Unprofessional and chaotic. Not a relaxing atmosphere at all. I went to master cuts on the other side of the mall and was able to walk right in and have Charles cut my hair. Saved 20 bucks and I didn't have to wait a minute longer.

Was put on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up and called back and was clearly interrupting whatever the receptionist was doing other than her job. She was short, rude, talking to a friend while I was on the line then told me not to interrupt her when I was trying to schedule an appointment. She's costing those stylists and the salon clients. Terrible service.
