Crappy employees.
My sister's hair has been falling out on droves ever since she has been paying huge bucks for "treatments". I have pictures of her vacuum cleaner full of her hair. Hair club is a terrible place and please do not go there!! We are contemplating a law suit.

Poor services after you pay. They are good at first offering you coffee and very nice. Once you pay and join after a few visits they go down hill from there. They don't keep their schedules right, always changing from one barber to another at the last minute, a few do not do a good job and will ruin the hair they give you. Trust me, enter at your own risk.
