If I could post zero stars I would. I have never been to a Doctor's office that is more dysfunctional than this. They do not provide updates in the event you get the orthodics. The process may take up to a year (you will never know, and you will probably forget you ever had pain to begin with) due to "insurance issues." I absolutely regret ever going to this place and suggest you find a facility that is more responsive and able to handle the basic responsibilities that go along with operating a business.
The first appointment I had, I remember being so pleased with the staff at the desk. It is rare that the people working behind the desks are cheerful, kind, and helpful. The people working at the desk were great people, which made my experience so much better. Thank you.
Dr. Boyd was absolutely amazing. He explained everything in immense detail and made me feel very comfortable. Truly an excellent experience!
I do not know about the doctors, but I made my first appointment and the receptionist did not treat me very well. So I called and canceled my appointment. As far as I could tell, the receptionist does not know how to treat the minorities, especially, if English is spoken as a second language. Shame on her!
Dr. Boyd ALWAYS made time for me. I had a difficult issue and he listened to my concerns, went out of his way to help me heal. At times, it was frustrating; however, Dr. Boyd was trying to discover what my underlying problem was. He addressed my underlying problem, not my symptoms. In today's world of medicine, many times I do not feel like a customer. Dr. Boyd made me feel like he cared about my problem and was with me until I recovered. In addition, Patty, worked magic with my insurance company and my schedule. It is worth the wait....please be patient, you will be very happy.
Six months later I get a call stating my custom othordics are in the building. When I first visited the facility, the pain was unbearable but after six months of stretching and consulting YouTube videos I am in a much better place in terms of pain. While I have qualms with the doctor I visited, because the staff is so poorly managed, I will never return. Save your time and visit another podiatrist.
