I really like coming here. The wait time is minimal and they are always friendly at the desk and in the back. I've never had a bad experience at JH Medical. I also like tgat u can make coffee or tea in the back. That's a + as far as I'm concerned!
The clinical staff in the back were very kind, professional and efficient. They communicated clearly. I would give them 5 stars. However, the front desk staff was poorly trained, rude, and unprofessional. In front of other patients, I was asked private clinical questions and my privacy was violated. I tried to contact the office manager to express my concerns but she never returned my calls. I would give the administrative staff 1 star or less.

I had a great experience with scheduling, waiting time, and the actual MRI. Staff was helpful and the MRI technicians worked together like a NASCAR pit crew, complete with spiffy uniforms. I was so comfortable that I dozed off during the MRI.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. My wait time was short. I had an excellent experience here.
