I've never read so many incorrect reviews. I can't speak to the people who posted "bad" and "negative" reviews but after almost 20yrs for me, 10+ for the wife and 20+ for my inlaws I don't understand any of the bad comments.

People like the incompetent practice office manager, Dominque, are what's wrong with the medical field in this country. This place is why people still die of treatable diseases in first world countries. My dog's vet is better organized and capable of making and keeping appointments. For 2 years even after many, many, many, corrections and complaints, they spelled my name wrong on official prescriptions and paperwork.

The "patient portal" is seemingly a trash server that no one checks that is solely designed to send spam automated messages; communicating with your doctor over it or for that matter any email is impossible. I wouldn't suggest that you go in with hopes of your doctor even learning your name after several years. And please expect to have to remind them over and over and over the specific medication that you need, because they will get that wrong and send an incorrect prescription to the pharmacy several times over. Forget about needing ANYTHING if your doctor is away or takes a day off, the "on-call" doctor's are non-existent. Expect the office staff to be unable to relay simple messages and act like the gate keeper to some kind of wildly unreachable high tower, as opposed to being able to just get a simple.call back from a licensed medical professional.

I personally think All the bad reviews are all true. 0 star will be even good for them. Dr. was not listening to patient and staffs are not helpful. What can you ask more for 0 star? Dr. A looked like she was listening, but her answers was, "we will test"(after all my talks for minutes). That's all I heard from her at the check up, oh with LOTS of nodding. And when the result came, I only got paper (I had to call for the result record mailed to me even). I had to google every single test result for myself to find out what was the test and what the resulting number means.

They will also hold your medical records hostage, making you jump through hoops to get copies of years of medical history. I tried to leave them for a year and it was such a hassle, I was nearly moved to tears when another office said they could have them transferred without me having to deal with them.

Dr. Agcaoili is amazing, she is very responsive and listens to all my concerns. My mother and I both see her as our primary care physician (last 4 years) and in fact I have referred several colleagues to her and this is the first time I have ever had a primary care physician that I trusted enough to refer my coworkers to. My spouse sees Dr. Conger as his primary care physician. Dr. Conger is also very thorough and takes time to talk through all the results of labs and any issues. It is not always easy to get through quickly on the phone lines, but I've found this at several practices in the area, they are better than any I've dealt with in my 15 years of living in the Columbia ear.

I will never go back here. The first time there the person drawing blood stabbed my arm with no regard to what it would feel like. When my whole arm was swollen and bruised the next day I went in to have it looked at and was told I would have to wait over an hour because the doctors were all eating lunch and apparently none of them could take time out of their lunch. I was informed they wouldn't charge me for coming back to have it looked at like I would have paid them anyway.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, believe me, that's what this circus deserves.
