I always find something at a great price that I didn't even know I wanted
The Manager Jill is INCREDIBLY rude to her own employees, and made me feel so uncomfortable. She spoke to them as though they were completely incompetent right if from of me. It was embarrassing to see her interact with her employees. I was, and still am disgusted. Why she is a manager...I will never know. Her management skills are TERRIBLE. The reason why this store is disorderly is because the employees are treated like garbage, which time and time again has been proven to negatively effect work ethic in numerous studies. Ross Corporate could fix a list of issues with this location by just simply hiring decent and pleasant management.
If I could give this particular store no stars I would. The organization is unorganized, I had gotten fired supposedly for a no-call, no show. I SHOWED UP EVERYDAY I WAS SCHEDULED, they only paid me for 8 hours which was my first day, the company still owes me 16 hours. The manager Jill, supposedly looked on the camera's for the days I was there, I dont think she did. I honestly think there is some type of corruption going on. The first thing she does is states, she can clock you in, but she doesn't because if she did I would have gotten paid.
There were only two cashiers waiting on a long line of people with many many items in their carts. A third cashier was doing returns only. We waited in line at least 25 minutes, probably longer. I will not shop at Ross again. It appears good customer service is no longer important to businesses. In this day when major businesses are closing left and right, one would assume that other businesses would do their best to retain their customer base by getting back to the basic premise of good customer service.
Its only one registers open we the working at the regestor very slow than the manager call same one to registore she look mad no gretting no thank you !!
