Dear management, dim lights are a BIG fail when people are trying to buy clothes..
Cashier informed me I was getting $16.99 back on my card. I told her the shirt was $45.99 but she kept arguing that it wasn't. I explained my shirt was the cheaper one, I was clearly returning the men's one.
She finally agreed to and did it, with attitude. If I have to teach your employee how to process a return its an issue.
I recently purchased 2 shirts for Easter, men's and women's. When I got home I noticed that the security tag on the men's shirt hadn't been removed. Ended up buying something from a different store closer to home. When I went to return it TWO other customers had come back for the same reason.
Train your people!
As I left there was someone else at the other register who'd come back since the shirt he's just bought also had the tag on.
After going back and forth i lost my patience and told her to just look at the damn tag where she could not only see the price, but match the UPC to the receipt.
I love their clothes and everyone is super nice, but they left the security tag on a pair of my shorts and I had to go back to the store to have them remove it. I was very disappointed
I always have a great experience every time I shop at this store, but today Michelle did amazing with helping me find the perfect coat! She was extremely nice and friendly! She went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service! Thanks for all of your help Michelle! I'm in love with my new coat!
