The employees were very helpful and the line moved very quickly. I loved the sales. The store was pretty clean. However it was very hard to push my stroller between the racks.
This site is in the Mall in Columbia. It's open on Sunday, even though Google says it's closed. It follows the Mall hours.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. I walked in on a Monday evening between 7:30 - 8 pm. Both customer service reps texting and not bothering to give me the time of day. I walked around a bit. I heard someone say 'do you need any help' but I dismissed this because it sounded like a reheased comment versus someone interested in helping me. I left shortly and made my purchases elsewhere. I let my colleague know my experience and she had the same experience.
The customer service was poor here. When I walked it couple of weeks ago, I noticed two young ladies chatting behind the counter. One of the looked at me briefly as I bothered her somehow. Then, without any welcoming comments or acknowledgment, she turned away just as quickly and continued to chat with the other associate. My 2 year old son was with me and he decided to check out what was under the clothes hanging on the rack. That associate swiftly proceeded to scold me in an abrasive tone as I was removing my son from there : " That is not a play area". I noted to her that while she did not feel it necessary to greet my son or I in anyway when we first entered the store, she was quick to criticize us. The associate looked like she was maybe in her early 20s, so maybe she does not have much experience with toddlers. Nonetheless, this is a children's store. I asked to see speak with a manager and she proceed to inform me that she was the one! She told me that her name is Taylor. When I told her that this was poor customer service, she told me that she is " not in the mood to deal with me, no today!"
