The customer service skills of multiple staff were horrible (register, dressing room). One worker literally tossed my bag at me as I checked out at the register. There are no words to describe my experience shopping at this location on my birthday.
Every time I come here I wait in line for at least 20 minutes when the store is not very busy... Employees are VERY slow and usually difficult to find them actually working...
The store is awesome!!! They have great clothing and such cute accessories. The employees have good customer service. Plus, the clothing is really cheap.
