Went to research bikes at Princeton Sports. The staff was very customer service friendly. They let us test ride multiple bikes without being pushy salesmen. Ended up buying our bikes from them because of the excellent customer service and the 1-year of service offered with the purchase. I love that this is a local to Maryland company, and that they are active in the Howard County community. Looking forward to our first free Sunday ride with them, once we get comfortable with our new bikes!
Great staff. Service techs are the best on the planet. I have an old Cannondale Jekyll and I was having some problems with brakes. The service tech I was working with blew my mind as to how knowledgeable he was with an old bike like mine and how well he explained all the issues with the old CODA 4 bolt rotors etc. He took 2 minutes to get me fully up to speed with what I had been searching for for hours on the Internet. Totally recommend these guys!
Growing up in the area, my first and most current mountain bike came from this store. Every pair of skis I have ever owned have also come from this store. In all instances Princeton's customer service has been top notch. The guys in the bike shop are all mountain bikers, and understand mountain bikes and how to work on them, and their turn around times for work are always very fast. When it comes to skiing/snowboarding, you can't beat the free wax/tunes on your skis with the Princeton Pledge.
