Worst experience ever,after my urune test didnt exceed the correct temperature, iwas told i couldnt have any water to retake also,they called a doctor for me too retake but they called a doctor inti the bathroom to stare at my private parts directly to urinate,it was very uncomfortable, because he was starring to hard and i couldnt urinate again

So far so good. The odea office is REALLY easy to get along with regarding my TRT therapy. I've heard good things about them before I became a patient and will continue to go there.
Doctor was great and professional. Physical therapist was amazing. The rest of the staff forgot about me after giving me my meds. I needed a urine test and was daddy in a chair, within their view. I say in this chair for almost an hour before I got up and asked what was taking so long. They forgot that I was there and signed and filed my paperwork away, even though I didn't take a urine test. They marked my papers as if I did. Everything up to that point was great though.
