Walked in to order. Greeted quickly. Placed order almost instantly. Waited for them to call my name. If I would not have gone back to the counter, I might still be sitting there waiting on them to call my name.
I usually don’t give out bad reviews but today was such a rush job. I’m not sure if it’s because it was was close to closing time or what. I ordered two pan pizzas and they came delivered with the cheese off the pizza as if the box had dropped or personwas speeding maybe. And not only that because we were still going to eat them. After i called i spoke to rachel and she said she will credit it or make another pizza i asked for the credit. As i went to pull the slice it wasn’t cut and under the cheese it was uncooked and doughy as if they weren’t done properly. I called back and she said they can make them over. Then as i was sitting i thought if they rushed before because they were trying to get home early I’m going to hold them up and they just may do something unethical so i just called back and just asked for a refund because i know i called several times and i just don’t want anything done to my pizza. It should’ve been cooked right the first time.
Pls save your money and time and DO NOT order pizza from here. It has been more than an hour and a half and still waiting for my pizza. I have guests and family friend who is starving and nothing they can do. I called and they said some traffic on 29 on Sunday night..arrival time was more than 30 minutes ..wow. Never order any pizza from here.
Literally the worst papa johns location ever. On three separate occasions I have ordered from this location. All 3 times my pizza never came. I would wait 2 hours before calling to ask what the heck is going on. All they would tell me is to wait and that my pizza is on it's way. I don't know what their delivery guys are doing, all I know is that they don't know what they're doing and are only wasting people's time. It's very sad that this location is poor with customer service, because the ingredients of the pizzas are not bad. Papa Johns makes good pizza, they just happen to have terrible customer service at this location.
My daughter likes it. The specialty pizzas are expensive. The staff was pleasant and it seemed clean.
