Andrew made LITERALLY the most delicious and aesthetically pleasing pizza I've ever received from a delivery joint. Accidentally ate it all before I could take a picture. Andrew deserves a raise and a high five from Jesus himself.
We ordered 3 pizza's , one pizza had un cooked tomatoes on it. I called store and Manager handle my complaint professionally & resolved my issue.
Friendly staff. They rarely make mistakes, and are always prompt to fix errors. I am lucky to have these great folks at my local Domino's!
We didn't get sauce with our order. The manager, Tanner, sent our driver back with sauce and a free order of lava cakes with a note saying they were sorry. Thats some serious customer service. A++ to driver who had to come back. Sorry to the driver :(. You guys are great.
this was the most HORRIBLE service that i have recieved. this store is disorganized and dishonest. i spoke to 3 separate people Tanner, Jessie, and Ben (hesitated to give me his name, so i believe he was lying) over the span of two hours, just for a missing pop!! each time i was told that the item i PAID FOR was in the way. i have called officially four times. and i literally live down the street! and to think that i gave these people a decent tip. i will neverrrrrrrr order from from this location, because this is not the first time ive had an issue with this location. Papa Johns has always had better service, and never had an issue bringing missing items....even on a busy night. i would not recommend this location to anyone. if possible see if you can get another location or Papa Johns!!!!
