Worst customer service. Had an employee argue with me and she was completely rude. Manager was of no assistance and I left there very unhappy. Will not ever return to this store. Awful experience. Awful customer service.
This department store is very spacious, and every inch of the hard floor is shiny, as if someone is cleaning and buffing every day. Plus, every Sales Associate is courteous, helpful, and offers an outstanding services to every customer. Looking for a unique, yet luxury fragrance for men? Creed colognes are available, just for you. But you will be getting sticker shock, first.
Don't waste your time going into this Nordstrom. It looks as though they started a remodel and decided to just liquidate instead. Sparse doesn't do justice to the retail desert that is this store. I was in there today with my husband and we were shocked to the point of googling "Columbia ND Nordstrom closing". I used to be able to shop here instead of driving to Bloomingdales but no more. Sad to see.
I am not a make-up person at all. I want to be, so I went in to the make-up section and luckily was quickly helped by Raven. She was so helpful and knew what I needed right away. She didn't even have to try a a bunch of different products to help match to my pale and blemished face. She was right on target for what I was looking for and I was really happy to see that I don't always have to look so tired!!!
There is a cafe inside that is superb. The delicious food was reasonably priced and the ambiance serene.
