Wow, love the selection. Lines were fast. Found so many great deals
A couple of months I would have given this Nordstrom Rack 5 stars. They consistently had a great selection, good clothes at good prices, and friendly staff. However, in the last couple of months Rack changed its return policy and this store is downright nasty about it. It used to be no questions asked if you had a receipt and, if not they'd look up your transaction by your credit card and refund you. I returned a pair of shoes here because they hurt and they refused to take them back. I didn't have the receipt and the store manager refused to even look up the transaction with my credit card. Then she tried to tell me that the shoes were significantly worn and they wouldn't return them. I literally wore them twice. The manager was rude and nasty and absolutely would not budge on her stance. I've been going to this Rack for almost 10 years but not anymore.
The cashiers are very quick despite the long lines and the staff are helpful in general. I have just one complaint - the manager. I work in retail and she is hands down the rudest person I've ever dealt with on either side of the register. That's saying a lot considering I once saw a grown woman throw a fit because she couldn't wrap her head around the concept of a sales tax.
For the actual size of the store, the men's selection was extremely poor. We had a small section near the fitting rooms. The rest of the store (minus the shoes) was dedicated to women.
Great selection with the best prices on designer brands.
