There are two parts to this review:
I went to this location today to do a return and felt so uncomfortable once my return was complete that I do not think I will ever visit nor purchase anything from this location ever again. First of all, when I went to the service desk there was NO employee in sight so I walked around until I saw someone with a scanner who looked like she might work there. I had to asssume considering she didn't even have a name tag on. I later found out on the receipt return that her name is Gabriella. So I said politely, "Excuse me, can I ask you a question?" She looked at me blankly saying nothing. So again, I said politely, "could I ask you a question, you are not saying anything or responding to me so.."still just stared and a made a nodding gesture. So I then asked my question of whether I could return an item without the receipt and one of the tags were missing but I did have the credit card I purchased it with. All she said was "let me see the item" So I showed her, and she asked me if I had the tag. I said no. It's as if she wasn't even listening to what I said. She then walked away without telling me what was going on and came back a few minutes later with a coworker who stood in front of me, no "How are you?" Nothing. Just like Gabriella. I have worked in customer service for 5 years and never have I experienced such non friendly and rude behavior. I felt like I was being judged because I was not dressed up and because I'm in my early 20's. An older woman who was behind me was treated with a more welcoming tone. I planned to shop after my return but Gabriella completely made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted in the store.

I went to return some clothing I had purchase online, no problem there. I then decided to take advantage of the Clinque free gift offer with purchase. There was one salesperson working at the counter with another customer, when she finished with that customer, she explained that another customer was waiting at another beauty counter, and once she took care of them, she would return to help me. She never returned, so after waiting for about 10 minutes, another salesperson came over and asked if I needed help. As it turned out the item I wanted was not available, I don't believe the salesperson was at all familiar with the Clinque products, because instead of giving me any other options, it seemed she was not interested in making a sale. I decided to go to the Lancome counter. There was no one covering that area either. Poor customer service.
But I do have to say that I was impressed by the way the employee handled herself after being disrespected by this manager. That employee stayed friendly and showed respect to the manager, who definitely did not deserve it, and to us the customer.
2.) Unfortunately I can not say that we experienced the same type of service from the manager Heather. Her service was unacceptable. It was as if she was bothered that she had to come over to us. Her attitude and poor customer service was appalling. The way she talked to the employee in front of us was unnecessary, if she felt that she needed to say anything to that employee she should have talked to them in private. Her disrespect to the employee and to us the customer was horrific! There was no excuse for her attitude. I have worked as a manager and in customer service for over 20 years, and I have never and would never treat anyone or talk to anyone like that. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I spent good money over $400 on my visit to the store the other day, I could have easily gone else where. The interaction with that manager left me disgusted, even days afterwards. I would not even give this manager 1 star.
Nice price on a CK shirt. Checkout was fast and efficient.
I only like it because they carry Betsy Johnson. Not a good clothes selection for plus size.
