For a "detailing" shop, Performance demonstrates unacceptably little attention to detail.
They also do a variety of other things, such as shining dull headlights that are failing inspection.
Even more upsetting, however, is that the folded sun shade I had left in my back seats was removed in order to vacuum the floor mats, and it was never returned. When I asked after it, management stated they could not locate it. They instead procured a replacement. While appreciative for the compensation, I am greatly disappointed by the inconvenience and the confirmation that the cleaners demonstrate too little attention to detail to justifiably call themselves "Performance Auto Detailing".
Had an e-mail exchange with someone at the company to setup an appointment and get prices for tint replacement. This e-mail exchange was apparently ignored because I got a call after I dropped the car off telling me that I had to come back and sign a waiver for rear-window tint removal. I asked them to do the side windows in the meantime and I would stop in after I finished lunch - they agreed. Got a call an hour later saying that the technician wasn't comfortable doing any tinting until I signed the waiver. I gave up at that point and just picked up my keys and left without tint after pointing out that they just wasted 90 minutes of my time. The receptionist had the nerve to argue with me at this point.
I’ve never had a worst experience in my life, they ruined my brand new car windows they would not do anything about the scratches and squiggly lines in the tint they cursed and used horrible language. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

They did great work installing tint. Very fast installation too about an hour and a half. I booked an appointment the day before, when I arrived we discussed the different options that were available. The front desk worker was a little lost, but the tech actually came out and chatted about the products. The final product was exactly what I had imagined. I have used this place for the past 6 vehicles after the last 2 places I had used did a bad job. The only downside is that they are a little bit more pricey than the $99 special that is available everywhere.
(I have no experience with this establishment's window tinting service, and my aforesaid thoughts do not pertain to that.)

Warranty with their products
WORST TINT JOB EVER!! Paid $500 for their premium "Huper Optik" ceramic tint and $120 for "CXP" carbon tint on windshield. Noticed on the install date squiggly lines coming up a few inches from the bottom of both passenger side windows and rear window. The receptionist said ceramic tint could take a couple months to settle. Returned over 3 months later and was told by one of their techs that he would redo the bad windows, but that it would probably happen again due to the "heat shrinking process" with ceramic tint. I didn't want to put any more wear on my brand new car if it could do the same thing again, so I asked if they could replace all windows with regular died film tint instead. They wanted me to pay $99 to remove all tint, even though 3 out of 5 windows were defective since the install and full price to retint with a different film. They refused to negotiate on the price so I left. The carbon tint also creates a green/purple chameleon effect in the bends of windshield and a noticeable glare around bright lights at night. They claim this is due to the properties of my glass..yeah right. I've had all my cars tinted over many years and never once had any issue whatsoever so I'll be taking my car to an authorized 3M film installer to get it replaced. Save your time, money, and stress by avoiding this joke of a business. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
My advice: do not e-mail this company. Do all business in person and get the individuals name when prices are promised. I was told in the e-mail that tint removal was $99. The price I was quoted after dropping of my car was $125.

This was my second visit. The first time, the crew failed to clean out some crud clinging to my door handles. I didn't ever clean it out myself before the second visit, and they failed to remove it the second time as well. After the second job, I removed it myself and it came off easily.
