Columbia Auto Care is my trusted source for mechanical work on my vehicles. I get all my regular maintenance done there. The staff is friendly and attentive and they explain not just what is needed but why. I also get my cars washed there as well. They always do a great job.
I recently went for a synthetic oil change and they charged me $65 and they charged me $50 (discounted) for a tire rotation (didn't request for). I was overcharged other places quoted for a different price. Had I known I wouldn't of went. Going forward I will not go here in the future they overcharge.
I was honestly surprised to see this after reading all of the good reviews for this car wash. This is even the first time I am ever writing a review because I feel as if the other reviews deceived me.
My car was still pretty dirty in spots and I was surprised by this. While I brought it in somewhat dirty, it wasn't like I had gone off-roading in my car at all and I don't think it happened on my drive home from the wash either.
Their car wash is the best one in Columbia.. others are slightly cheaper but they have no good machines to clean the cars perfectly well..Also this car wash offers, coupons or memberships white others don't, well.... not good ones. Go on groupon and get the 4 car washes deal...you won't regret it :)
Before coming to this car wash I checked all of the reviews for the car washes around my house and around my office to see which I should take my car to. After seeing the reviews of this place compared to every other I decided it would be best to bring my car here.
The service was great, I made sure to tip the guy towel drying my car as the other reviews said to do. I thought I was extremely happy with the wash until I got home and got out of my car and looked at it.
