This insitution sucks their call center sucks. Took almost an hr to reach a human being to report a stolen card. I personally walked into a branch where I vacationing at and told the teller that i need to freeze the account my card was stole .. the dumb hill billy told me i should tell someone. Finally froze the account and shut it down
