It's true. The service is extremely slow, hence the long lines. Tellers aren't very friendly. Could have been a 1 star review but they've never made any major mistakes I can remember. Been going here about 5 years.
This branch has the worse customer service in the area. So many different bad experience. If you are here for a quick transaction, prepare to waste half of your day! 4 reps behind the counter and none is helping the 8 ppl standing in line. They are always trying to solve a big issue, all of them have to focus on one thing, seems they never have qualified reps that always need managers assistance. Multiple managers have been assigned to this location and quickly removed. Very strange that corporate are ok with this!!!

I went there frequently before. The staffs are fine, but Jazlyn, the operating manager is tough to her customers. Now I would rather go to the Bank of America in dobbin center, they provide much better customer service!
