I got a PNC alerts today. I went into another branch to straighten it out. It turns out that I wanted a withdrawal from my savings and they took it out from my checking by mistake. In addition, I just got a call on my answering machine with a garbled message asking for updated driver's license information. But, instead of the person just leaving a detailed message on my answering machine she said call her back right away. She gave me the impression the there was something urgent where the information that she wanted was routine. Concerning the mistake in withdrawing the money my wife and I had to make a special trip to another branch where they are extremely nice and I think the branch in the Giant in Columbia, MD is very unprofessional and they act very cavalier.
Priscilla from this location is THE rudest! Laziest! customer service skills lacking person I have EVER met! I will NEVER return to this location and all my company accounts will be moved to Wells Fargo!!!
