The assistant manager named Paul got angry at my wife infront of my 13 year old daughter just because she asked him for a price. He was like "Don't yell at me" in a rude more like femenine way, you know? Real men aren't that sensitive and won't start an argument specially with a mom and her daughter I mean he's the assistant manager.

As soon as they told me about it I walked in to the store to talk to this guy and teach him how to treat my family with respect. And the look on his face ... he turned whiter than a toilet paper. He didn't have the guts to ask me "Don't yell at me" plus
Save your time and money. I've bought 2 pairs of shoes from Rack Room and both have literally fallen apart after a month. The quality sucks and I've never had this problem with DSW.
Shoe selection is quite good. Pricing is affordable and there's a good selection of sales. I enjoy the buy one get one half off deals! Staff is helpful and friendly.
