And to say that I have been with Macy's longer( since 1996) than I have been with LOFT (2012)! Customer loyalty has no meaning to Macy's but Kudos to Loft! I would stay your customer for life!
I would like to take the time to tell people of the great experience I have had with Loft. They are gracious and humane. They truly have a sense of empathy and you are not just a cardholder with a number attached to your name. They view you as a person, with life events that may alter your memory. They were courteous and took care of late fees incurred when my father was sick and was passing away. I especially wanted to make the parallel with Macy's who declined to even consider it!
I'm not sure why this is. But the workers at this loft location are more grouchy and less willing to help you.
