I went to Foot Locker in Columbia Mall today to buy the kids new shoes and the staff seemed to purposely avoid us. They had no customer service skills whatsoever. Nobody ever asked us if we needed any help. As we were looking at the Jordans a random girl commented on the ones my daughter picked out. Then this random girl began to help us look for shoes. The girl let us know that she did not work at the Foot Locker. Customer service came natural to the girl. She even measured both my kids feet. I told the girl she definitely has a bright future anytime she goes out of her way to help strangers. Then she let me know she worked several doors down at Foot Action and had just got off work and as she walked by Foot Locker she saw us not getting any help and decided to step in. So tomorrow I am going back to the mall and into Foot Action to purchase the shoes and make sure I speak to that girls manager to let them know how awesome she is. I don't remember the girls name but I will get it tomorrow when I go in there. I am also leaving a negative review online for Foot Locker.
