3) The order I received contained incorrect items worth of about $15. I maintain the copy of my actual order and the invoice I received: goods were not the ones I ordered by belonged to another customer (!)
'Big disappointment and I have been a customer for 5 years!!! The company seems stressed and more focused on achieving bigger goals; meanwhile, it is failing to keep its customers feeling care-free and happy about Henna Soog’s products and service ability. From my viewpoint, as a women and customer, I sense that Khadija is stressed and "running scared". From my recent experience, I sense that her focus clearly is not customer centered. You cannot go from A to Z without the letters in between that will take you there. In Henna Soog’s case, the “letters in between” represent the customers ( mostly female) who want a great, safe, authentic product along with excellent, honest customer service, as we as women expect and deserve! Unfortunately, from my experience, Khadija has missed the mark with this. Sadly and gladly, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
1) they sent my order under required signature USPS without my authorization, request or advance notice, even though they were aware I was leaving on vacation in few days and the package would be sent back if it wasn't signed for by me. As a result I was not able to receive the order timely as USPS customer service is hardly accessible and the proper delivery attempt was not made, during official USPS delivery hours, even though I waited home for entire day. The package could not be left at the door later, because they requested signature on delivery. I had to spend hours on calling USPS and traveling to their warehouse twice to get the parced
I had ordered $38.95 for goods I never received by this fraud company. What I received was $15 worth of goods I had never ordered and no refund.
These people caused me monetary damages due to wasted un-paid time and health damages due to stress dealing with their horrible "customer service" and fradulent way to conduct "business" aka Rip off customers. I had never received items I ordered, refund for money they had taken, which I consider stolen, or compensation for my time spent to actually receive the order which USPS could not leave for me. I have copies of all documentation, envelope, receipts.
2) Their customer service was rude and unhelpful, lecturing and insulting me after of wasting my un-paid time to sort out the the mess they created with my order
Khadija is a wonderful Henna artist. Her work is top notch and she is extremely friendly and easy going. If you ever are looking to hire a Henna tattoo artist in the Washington DC VA, MD area she is the only person you should call !

I went to Henna Sooq to get a henna tattoo and was very happy with the outcome. Khadija was able to fit me into her schedule last minute and did an AMAZING henna job. She can look at a photo and duplicate the design. She is very friendly and inviting. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent henna experience.
4) The order contained invoice with not my order number and another customer's name and all the private information of the other customer delivered to me committing privacy violation.
