Normally a great experience but today not so much. Register staff gentlemen were exceptional! Food prep guys had zero interaction with guests. My biggest issue was getting two chicken soup containers without much chicken or noodles. My guest and I were both disappointed.
LOVE this place. It's so delicious and so healthy. I go there almost every time I go to the mall. And the workers there are so nice!
Worst experience at a Panera ever. I used to work for a Panera, and then for a five star restaurant, before moving on and starting my career in the pet industry. So I’ve dealt in customer service for awhile. My fiancé went in and ordered two Avacodo chipotle sandwiches/paninis. His was normal, mine was no avacado, add bacon, extra chipotle sauce. The first time they made it, there was no bacon. Instead of just adding bacon like he suggested, they remade it but put avacado on it. So they then had to remake it again. Upon getting it home there was no chipotle sauce and the bread was burnt because they re-grilled the SAME bread, EVERY time. I understand mistakes are made, but this is ridiculous. The manager I asked for on the phone said (with attitude) “this is me.” I explained what happened and honestly tried my best to be understanding and polite (I myself hate customers that are rude and attack you for mistakes.) but, I was met with extreme attitude and ended up hanging up. The work ethic in food establishments has declined greatly, corporations need to hold their employees to higher standards. Overall I would never recommend this particular location to anyone.
Staff is really friendly. Fast service. Food is seasonal and fresh.

I am very disappointed in this Panera. I ordered from the app and since I couldn't find their pick up orders location I had to ask. The person seemed really unfriendly and just looked at me like I was blind and pointed to where it was. That was very rude! Also when I got to work I noticed they forgot
