The manager here is incompetent! If the leader isnt promising more then likely the staff isnt either. The bright side is you do have two workers who are wonderfgul sierra and starr both of them are great with new management i believe this place could be better. brownies werent fresh, display case didnt look appealing. overall the two ladies above kept it from being a terrible experince. Hopefully a new year will bring new management!
Ordered cake days earlier for pick up at 12... show up at 12 to pick up cookie and still not done. Told 10-15 minutes... no problem. Finished at 12:35
This store has gone under new management with a new staff! The cookies tasted amazing and fresh. Cookies cakes were decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this location. The mall is also a fun place to hangout.
Service with an attitude. the lady at the cashier... "not my problem".. won't make this mistake again
I purchased a large round cookie. Very yummy! Customer service is horrific and the manager wasn't any better. Make sure you look at any designs before leaving the store. They tried to remove a mistake of icing and it was still visible on the cookie. The cookie was squared off because of a wrong cut. The Manager wanted me to take as is for a sweet 16 party. O NO! Took them an hour to fix and the Manager didn't support his employee nor offer a refund. Very disappointed!
