I have one amazing pup, so for that I am thankful but this place is ridiculous. as sold a pup that was neutered...took him to the vet and surprise!!!! he was NOT. Wrong animal (microchip numbers mixed up) so my pup can still make pups which was not a selling point I was in favor of at all. Called them and they basically said "oops, guess you should go ahead and pay a vet to do that, we didn't know". Also he had kennel cough. They made us buy food that he refused to eat which was MANDATORY with purchase, of course top dollar prices....Unethical red flag #1. Then the financing is terrible. It states I am LEASING my pet and do not own him until paying almost $500 AFTER the last payment. Early payoff penalty as well. Save your time and money and rescue....or better yet, come claim one of mine if my pup happens to ever get out of the gate since ya know he wasn't fixed like they said.
I come in here every few months to see the puppies and look around. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. The place is clean and always pretty busy when I go. The prices for the puppies are a bit high in my opinion, but if you are buying from reputable breeders, I guess it kind of makes sense. They let you hold and play with the pups with no problem and I really appreciate that. The place smells clean and has good variety of dog toys and accessories.
My husband, daughter and I visited this location, as my daughter has expressed an interest in having a puppy. The puppies were precious and seemed to be well cared for. The store was clean, bright and orderly. The all-inclusive package which accompanies the purchase sounded reasonable, however we were not greeted at all upon entering the store. No one engaged us or asked if we were interested in any of the puppies. There was a lot of chatter however between employees. We never even received a "smile." Atmosphere was very "chilly." Although an "excellent-looking" establishment, customer service leaves much to be desired! The associates are the "face" of the business. Won't be returning...
I bought an aussiedoodle puppy back in May from Charm City and she is absolutely amazing. She is currently an emotional support dog and a psychiatric service dog in training. The staff here are very knowledgeable and treat their pups like family until they find their forever homes. They have 4 generation pedigrees, health certificates and breeder information for each of their puppies, so anyone who wants to know where a puppy came from can easily find out and do their own research on the breeders as well. They only work with AKC approved and USDA inspected breeders to ensure the health of their puppies. The staff are also willing to answer any questions about where the puppies come from or specific breed questions. They will help you find a perfect match for your lifestyle and living situation if you aren't sure exactly what you want. As for the store itself, it is kept very clean and in great condition. The puppies are kept in cribs during store hours and the staff is constantly checking each crib, cleaning, and sanitizing. All of the pups get plenty of attention and socialization and especially a lot of love! As far as pet stores go, this is one of the best! I would highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.
This store is unlike any usual pet store. The environment is so happy and most importantly, clean! The staff and management care so much about their puppies and you can see this just upon stepping into the store. They do everything by the book, strict on USDA licensed and inspected breeders, and guaranteeing the health of the dog before sending it home with anyone. Each dog has their own folder with all of their breeder, parent, and health documentation. Breeder licensing numbers are on display for the public and all info on any dog they have is accessible to any customer interested! They do their homework and you can tell the difference first hand! I now have two perfect pups from this store and couldn’t be happier! Come check out this store for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!
