I love the atmosphere, the staff are very pleasant and sweet and the deals are great. Unfortunately, all of that does not translate to the pizza's taste and quality. I wanted to like it so much more, but it is simply not good pizza.
I usually stick to salad. Pizza is pretty good. I would rate it as average. Mostly convenient. Have delivery.
Great service and excellent quality. Food taste awesome. The place is clean and everyone is customer friendly.
The cheese is plentiful but not melty at all. The sauce is okay but lacks Italian seasonings and has an aftertaste. The dough tastes like it is store bought and not good. This pizza has potential but this is not a finished product, as is.
For the last 2 years my co-workers and Ii have been patrons to this establishment ordering no less than 2 times a week. On September 27th we placed an order for 2 cheese-steaks, 2 fries and two 20 oz sodas. Our food arrived late, was cold and burnt. I immediately called them to voice my complaint. After being put on hold for what seemed like forever the manager on duty finally came to the phone. I expressed to him my concerns and he said our next meal would be FREE, yes free. The next time the two of us were in the office together was today November 1. We called to make good on the promise, which did not come with a time-frame to redeem the purchase, and we were told that they did not remember my name but had a record of the phone number which by the way is the personal extension of the cardholder whose card was used to purchase the meal. With that said, this same manager refused to honor the request. Needless to say, our organization will NO be patrons of this establishment. Based on the reviews I have read today this seems to their customary practices.. Can't really comment on the quality of their food as it was my first experience, however it appears that I didn't miss out on much. Good Luck. This review will be on every blog by this evening.
A co worker and I ordered food and had it delivered. The food gets here and the receipt shows the full amount and then on the bottoms shows partial payments one cash and one credit card. Very confusing. So we asked the delivery driver and he was super rude and disrespectful. Told my co worker his job is to deliver and our job is to pay for it. Very poor customer service. As far as I'm concerned when it was rung up there should have been two separate transactions on two different receipts since one was paid with cash and the other order paid with a credit card. Then on top of the rude service the food was not good. I order Lasagna and it was basically a container of grease with cheese piled on top. My co worker did not like her sub either. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN AND THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS.
