Frank came out and helped us change the code on our mechanical lock. He did a great job and even left us the tools and instructions so that if we had to change the code again, that we could. I would recommend Pop-A-Lock of Columbia to anyone who is looking for fast, reliable and friendly service.

The owner, Frank, did his best to copy and program my car key. Although the programming part didn't work, he was extremely courteous and gave me two copies of the car key that needed programming and suggested that I try with someone who has this capacity.

Called the number to assist with car lockout at 4:30pm. I was informed that it will take about 30 minutes for someone to arrive. Called back at 5pm and was told that it will take another 20 minutes. Then received a call at 5:30pm informing me that it will take another hour. :( Cancelled the call....very unhappy.
