VERY helpful staff!
Looks like the building has been renovated not too long ago. The upstairs adult section is quite nice. A very nice HoCo library in a good location.
Wonderful library! Located in Downtown Columbia, it hosts many events for little ones to adults. It does not cost anything to come in for events (unless specified), to read books, or use the computers. The entire staff are a joy to be around. I love taking my toddler here for the classes. Note: It can get busy here so make sure to come early for classes or if you need a table to do work. There are bathrooms, elevators and vending machines at this location.
Love this library system. Just moved here a few months ago. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Also very polite and knowledgeable. Howard county library system let's you check out and return books from and to any of the libraries in the system. Very nice.
