I have never seen a large, complex organization that runs like a finely tuned clock, as this one does. The nurses and nursing assistant were all wonderful human beings who treated one as such. I have no desire to return to any hospital, but if I have go to, this would be my choice!
ER staff needs to be RE-TRAINED on how to talk to people that call about their loved ones!! I Called and was told to call back because someone else just called and asked about that same person!!!???? Why do i care about that, or why should i know abut that??? I understand the pressures of the ER but again we are calling about loved ones and you picked this job!! Come on have a little Repect
Caring, respecting, loving, patient, professional and competent staff! Best place to be if you are sick and need help. Thank you Howard County Hospital for the amazing care for my niece. From emergency room, to surgery, to ICU and then finally to the room! Could not have gotten better care!
One of the pathetic hospital that we have been to for our child’s birth. Please stay away from the doctors from Signature OB. However, Dr. Stern pediatrician was one of the best. Nurses are very caring and I wish I could give them 5/5 for their outstanding job taking care of my wife and a new born.
Wait time about the same as everywhere else. Triage OK. CAT scan and ultrasound staff great. I was kept in overnight. Excellent service by nurses, doctors and techs.
