Our experiences with Pandora Kitchens and especially Mr Shaw Lahimi, Manager, have been very exciting and rewarding. From the moment I walked into the store (October 2016) Mr. Lahimi's (aka Shaw) professional expertise and demeanor were apparent. When my son, Dr. Robert Miller, met Shaw, he was convinced we had made the right decision: to go with Shaw and let him ( and Pandora Kitchen) completely remodel our kitchen, laundry and power rooms
Over the months, Shaw was consistenly honest and forthright. He never made a promise he did not keep and his professional expertise was invaluable. He frequently recommended less expensive ways to complete this enormous tasks--even suggesting we check out his comptetiors. He always returned our telephone calls/text messages, even on Sundays. He was timely with his home visits, ran interference making ALL necessary contacts to address and correct our concerns. His ultimate goal was our COMPLETE satisfication. Our ultimate goal was to have a beautiful kitchen, laudry and power room as the final product. Both goals were achieved.

We walked in the store yesterday afternoon, and waited 5 minutes for someone to show up. We clearly woke him up from a nap! Or something..... It was an all around unpleasant experience. The manager was quite abrupt and rude. It's a shame. It appears that the kitchens he sells could be pretty nice, but customer service very poor. So we went to Lowes!
Pandora Kitchens recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen, and my wife couldn't be happier. Shaw Lahimi's expertise in kitchen design and product knowledge made this project move along smoothly. Our installers were all hardworking, professional, and courteous individuals. The Medallion cabinets, Cambria quartz countertops, and the Bruce hardwood flooring, all combined to transform our 80's kitchen into a beautiful updated one. We wanted one company that could do it all, and Pandora Kitchens was our choice. I would definitely recommend them!

Not only did we have outstanding customer service but at an extremely reasonable price. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The install crew was always on time, polite and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The kitchen looks amazing, and we can't wait to share it with our friends & family!!
