The salesperson at LazyBoy was very helpful and attentive. She asked me if I needed help shortly after I walked in. She let me look around on my own for lounge chairs, explaining where they were. After I thought that I found the chair that I wanted, she showed me a special sale on 2 chairs I did not see. I ended up spending the same amount of money, but got a chair originally priced $800 more than the one I almost bought.
We liked Lynn’s helpful but not pressured approach. We liked Manasi’s ideas and how much effort she put into getting to know us and our likes and dislikes. She even took the time to email us with layout ideas for our framed photos! We felt confident that what we ordered would work in our family room due to Manasi’s visit to our home. It looks beautiful!!
