While they delivered everything on time, unfortunately they ruined our property while doing so, one of the guys who has taking this off the truck to put in our yard stepped on our custom gutter that was just installed in July. When i called them to let them know, they made it seem as if I wasn't telling the truth, not really what should happen with good customer service. They were very unprofessional about the matter, I got them an estimate of what it would cost to replace the piece and the owner said that was so much and he would go buy me the part o put on.....once again i told them this was a custom piece. He then stated that he wanted to the old piece for insurance purposes??!?!?! WHAT? it was $125 part, who claims that in there insurance. would never use them again

The manager is so rude and doesnt work as per customer needs. Loading boys are helpful . Big negatives are manager and prices

2nd time going there and I assumed my first time experience was the sales rep having a bad day but now it's clear that his customer service skills is none existent. You almost dont want to spend your money there because the lack of care or concern for the customer. My biggest issue is we did an online order which had a total of $166 which included taxes for tables,chairs and a bounce house. The day of pick up the total had jumped to $210 and we were advised by the lack luster rep there was a $50 dollar cleaning deposit that would be giving back if the item was returned cleaned. There was never anything mentioned about a cleaning fee online and, if so would have chose another option for renting a bounce house for my nieces birthday party. That additional fee was not in the budget and we ended up not getting the bounce house which was a big damper for the kids at the party. Words of advise Get rid of that heavy guy with the horrible customer service skills at the desk and disclose hidden fees to the customers.

Manager is rude, but the prices are dirt cheap and that's what's important to me.

Finally I got a call from the store, but I am not interested to business with these guys and I will never will.

When I called the store, the person attended the call was so rude and didnt even want to listen to me and told me he will call me back later. Since I didnt get a call for an hour, I called again. Again the same rude response. So decided to explore other options and I was able to get someone else to deliver what I wanted. I am not expecting they drop everything to service my request, but whoever is taking the customer call should know how to talk to the customer.
