Had to drop off a return from Amazon. I arrived and the woman before me was told, "You don't have cash, every time you use that it cost us money." She search and didn't have cash, but said, "I can use debit." He grunted and she was allowed to use the credit card machine.

If I could give negative stars I would the man there an older Asian gentleman didn't even look at me when I entered or said hello there should be no reason I have to say hello to you before you do. Just dropped off a package and asked for a receipt to which he responded with it's not even going out until tomorrow. Got a receipt and it is hard for me to not say thank you to someone but I just couldn't for this man never once did he look me in the eyes or say thanks have a good one anything. He most likely owns the place he should have a shred of some decent basic customer service. He didn't seem to want my business I won't give it to him again.

First UPS that charges for tapping!!

This store owner was rude and unhelpful take the time and go elsewhere! I would give no stars if possible.

Tried to drop off Amazon free return packages. Every time I did this at other stores, I left the package there and they packed them for you. NOT at this store. Very rude man, and even asking me to BUY tape!!!

It gets worse, I returned with the newly sealed package and he printed the label. Usually you are offered a receipt. No offer. As he was so grumpy and as I had worries that the package might not be returned, I asked for one. He grudgingly printed some of his precious receipt paper and gave it to me. On the way out the door, he asked "Did you call UPS?" "Not yet." I said. "Good luck with that." He said. What horrible customer service.

I am travelling and had requested the return label to be printed in store. Also, I didn't tape the box. He looked a the box and said there is a $1 charge for that and pointed to a sign hidden from main view that they had printed in shop. Seriously? I said no, and he said that many people dropped off opened packages. I don't mind paying for a 5 cent piece of tape or taping the box myself, but come on. I'm going to UPS store and having them print the label because I am unable to. I said, no and that I would call the UPS HQ to complain. I went across the way and CVS gave me a free piece of tape. Thanks CVS.

The reviews are true. I didn't want to believe it. Based on my 5 min encounter, simply put the older Asian man is an ass-paragus. He is rude and very curt. He forced me to pay via debit or cash.

Advice for him, try investing in your customers' experience and see if your revenues don't increase more than a $5 roll of tape.

All negative reviews are sooo true.

This guy should put "ashamed" instead of "proud of owning an ups store" on the door.
