Stephon was terrific. The power went out in several rooms of my house without tripping the breaker. Stephon showed up and troubleshot the problem immediately. He determined the power loss was due to some loose wiring in a recently installed outlet. He fixed it and everything has worked fine since. He is a very down to earth and nice individual. No shady sales techniques and no surprise charges.
