Called for a classic book on history and after going to B&N and them not knowing a thing about it but read me off a screen that was incorrect and so Igave up and started looking elsewhere. The guy I spoke to knew immediately the book and found a copy for me. When I went to pick it up he had found a hardback copy too and gave me a choice. Great ending to a very frustrating search!
Great store! The customer service was literally unlike anything I've ever experienced at this type of shop! Superb! The trade in value on vinyls was low got an awesome deal in Catonsville. Which was the only reason I went but totally glad I did!
Staff was so rude. The girl working was too busy playing on her phone and the guy was so pretentious. When I noticed that I was being charged over ten dollars for a used book that should have been half that, he became super annoyed when I wanted him to fix the price to what it was supposed to be. Don't say it's half list price then charge me list price for a clearly used book. And I don't appreciate being mocked for my taste in books. I didn't mock your stupid hipster taste but maybe I should have.
Love this place they are so helpful and kind. Run by locals. Great prices. All the movies i have picked up have been in great condition! I go to rummage sometimes or i go with a distinct movie book or CD in mind. If you don't go to rummage ask the staff if they have it dont try to find it yourself you will come out of there with 20more books!
They’re very helpful. The accept books that are current or best sellers. Double your money for store credit or half for cash. Worth the try! Very friendly fast service.
